Lesley Olenik (she/her)
VP of Touring, Live Nation

As Senior Vice President of Global Touring at Live Nation, Lesley Olenik books worldwide runs for many of today’s biggest and developing artists. 2023 has been another monumental year for Olenik who booked Depeche Mode’s iconic global Memento Mori World Tour, Janelle Monae’s The Age of Pleasure Tour, Billie Eilish’s sold out stadium show in Mexico City at Foro Sol, Kim Petras’ Feed the Beast Tour, James Blake’s Playing Robots in to Heaven and 6lack’s Since I Have a Lover Tour, to name a few. She was also integral in booking Eilish as the headliner for several global festivals this year including Lollapalooza in Chile, Buenos Aires and São Paulo, as well as Estereo Picnic in Bogota.

As part of her role, Olenik understands the influence she has in the live space and continues to use her position to champion women in the industry by promoting female headliners and putting them on the map. Much of the work she is passionate about has also been developing many artists from club level acts to stadium superstars. She is responsible for promoting Rosalía’s 2022 Motomami World Tour, Lizzo’s first arena headline run The Special Tour and Billie Eilish’s last two wildly successful world tours. Additional highly anticipated tours Olenik booked in 2022 include ODESZA’s The Last Goodbye Tour, New Order & Pet Shop Boys’ The Unity Tour, Florence + The Machine’s Dance Fever Tour, Rex Orange County’s The Who Cares? Tour, and more.

Olenik has also worked closely with Pharrell to curate and book his festival, SOMETHING IN THE WATER, since its inception in 2019. SITW brings a variety of acts across genres and generations together, featuring acts such as Tyler, the Creator, Jay-Z, Usher, Doechii, Snoh Aalegra, Summer Walker, Skrillex, Mumford and Sons, and many more. Olenik also supports artists on and off the road in their mission and participates in cause-based events, including working alongside Janelle Monae and her team from Wondaland to distribute thousands of meals to LA families in need. She is also on the board for Support + Feed, an organization founded by Billie Eilish's mother Maggie Baird, whose mission is to provide nourishing plant-based meals for those in need to help combat food insecurity and the climate crisis.

Lesley travels the globe to support her artists alongside her family (Beatriz 9, Jasper 6, Ramona 1) paving the way for future female leaders and their “Roadie Babies” – a Live Nation program that enables working parents to bring their children on the road with them.
